Please check the product carefully immediately after it arrived and if you find any things wrong, please make absolutely sure that the received item is really damaged before you start to get angry.
SENDING IT BACK
If your received good is obviously damaged, you have to send it back in the first place. Write us an e-mail to damagedgoods@kd-racing.com, describing what is wrong, and we will give you the return address.
The following rules apply:
- damaged goods must be send back to us via registered airmail only
- damaged goods must include all boxes, manuals, etc
- the shipping charges will be paid by the sender, but may be refunded later
- please include a hardcopy of our e-mail conversation, or at least your e-mail current address
REFUND OPTIONS
The parcel will arrive in our office, and now it is our final decision to declare the goods -:
1.1 - being sent damaged already from us to you,
1.2 - were damaged by the post,
1.3 - were damaged by the user because of faulty use.
In case of 1.1 - damaged by us, we will either:
1.1.1 - credit you the amount of the damaged goods AND for the shipping charges you paid, for a future order,
1.1.2 - repair/exchange it and send you a working replacement on our costs,
1.1.3 - send you other goods of your choice for the amount of the damaged one and the shipping charges you paid, in case the originally ordered product is out of stock.
1.1.4 - refund the amount of the damaged goods and the shipping charges you paid in cash.
Any of the above decisions is yours.
In case of 1.2 - damaged by the post, we will stay in contact with you to find the best possible solution for both parties. Other companies won't help you in this matter, but we will.
In case of 1.3 - damaged by yourself, we cannot credit or refund anything, but after all, there will always be a solution to keep you happy, trust us, we don't turn back from you if you need help the most.
